    A reliable optical-grade FEP film for resin 3D printers, designed to provide clear UV light transmission, smooth release, and consistent results across the vat.
    It combines excellent optical clarity with low surface energy to help printed layers separate cleanly from the vat surface. This supports stable printing and reduces unnecessary stress on the model.
    Choose FEP when you need a dependable, easy-to-handle replacement film for everyday LCD, DLP, and SLA resin printing. It is a high-quality universal option for miniatures, models, prototypes, and other resin printing applications.
    The film is supplied in large pre-cut sheets with protective layers on both sides. It can be trimmed to the required size with scissors, making it suitable for a wide range of resin 3D printers and vat sizes.
    Replace your FEP film when you notice scratches, dents, cloudiness, deformation, reduced print quality, or an increase in failed prints.

      • UNIFORM THICKNESS AND CLARITY. Available in standard: 150 μm thickness. Provides consistent printing throughout the whole vat.
      • LARGE, TRIMMABLE SHEETS. FEP film is pre-cut into 280 × 450 mm size sheets. The 280 × 450 mm sheet fits Sonic Mega 8K and all other smaller printers. One sheet can be cut into four 5.5-inch sheets with scissors.
      • EASY TO HANDLE. Supplied as pre-cut sheets with protective film on both sides. Easy to cut with scissors to the required size.
