Dental Speed and Precision in a Resin Bottle!
Easy to Print with Dental Modelling Resin for Your Practice!
Easy to Work With
DMD-21 resin simplifies 3D printing for orthodontic, implant, and crown models. Its fast-curing formula ensures easy handling, smooth cleanup, and a glossy, non-sticky finish.

Fast Printing and Curing
DMD-21 dental resin offers a low-odor solution for printing implant, wax-up, and orthodontic models with minimal scent, creating a pleasant workspace.

Low-Odor Formula
DMD-21 dental resin offers a low-odor solution for printing implant, wax-up, and orthodontic models with minimal scent. This means good ventilation is enough.

Built for Dimensional Accuracy
When printed with DMD-21, [X]% of the model's geometry stays within ±[Y] µm of the nominal STL dimensions, with shrinkage under 1%. No remake needed.
That accuracy holds for every bottle.
No More Sticky Situations
AmeraLabs DMD-21 delivers a smooth, glossy finish that’s never sticky after post-curing.
This fast-curing resin creates precise orthodontic, crown, and implant models with a hard surface (90 Shore D) and aesthetic sand color (LAB 78;6;18).
Streamlined Workflow
Time is a precious resource in any dental practice, and DMD-31 helps you make the most of it. With post-curing times ranging from 5 to 20 minutes depending on your station, this rapid turnaround increases your productivity, allowing you to handle more cases efficiently.

No More Warped Models
Left in a humid lab or on a shelf for a few days, some models start to bow or lose their edge before you even get to the chair. DMD-21 keeps water absorption under 0.2%, so the model holds its shape through storage and handling, not just fresh off the printer.
Frequently asked questions
How do I decide between DMD-21 and DMD-31?
Pick DMD-21 for speed on LCD and MSLA printers. Pick DMD-31 for maximum accuracy on DLP systems. A lot of labs use both for different cases.
DMD-21 covers high-volume everyday model production. DMD-31 covers precision implant and complex restorative work where the accuracy difference matters.
Why do some models still have fit issues?
Print orientation, support placement, room temperature, and post-processing all affect final accuracy. Validated settings, stable lab conditions, and careful support removal solve most of them.
Small workflow adjustments often make a bigger difference than the resin spec sheet. Printing at 22 to 25 °C and avoiding excessive IPA soaking are the most common fixes.
How long can I store printed models?
Printed models stay accurate for weeks under normal lab conditions. For critical work, use them within one week.
DMD-21 has low water absorption, but temperature and humidity still affect long-term stability. Standard storage protocols (cool, dry, sealed) preserve accuracy on important cases.
What causes yellowing on models?
Over-curing is the most common cause of yellowing. Stop post-curing as soon as the surface is fully non-tacky.
DMD-21 resists yellowing better when you stay within recommended cycles, and it keeps the surface scanner-friendly. Store finished models away from direct sunlight for best colour stability.
Can I print removable dies with DMD-21?
Yes. The hard surface and dimensional stability work well for removable dies and Willi Geller-style models.
The material handles repeated insertion and removal without excessive wear when used with proper technique.
Is DMD-21 fast enough for same-day cases?
Yes. DMD-21 is one of the faster-curing dental model resins, and a lot of labs use it for same-day model production. Full-arch prints typically complete in 45 to 90 minutes at 50 µm.
The combination of quick print times and reliable accuracy keeps the workflow moving and reduces turnaround time on standard cases.
