CIT-25 Declarations of Conformity
Resin for Dental Impression Tray 3D Printing
Biocompatible* and CE marked
CIT-25 is biocompatible* and Class I CE marked. It complies with EN ISO 10993-1 as non-cytotoxic, non-sensitizing, and non-irritating.
*Following validated procedures provided in IFU
Fast, Accurate Printing
CIT-25 prints reliably at 200 µm layers with fine feature reproduction. Turn around full-arch and sectional trays without slowing your production line down.

No Separator Spray Needed
CIT-25 doesn't inhibit silicone or alginate dental impression materials. Skip the separator spray step and go straight from tray to impression.

High Dimensional Stability Over Time
When submerged in water for 24 hours CIT-25 absorbs only 0.22% of it's weight and shows low shrinkage after post-cure, so the printed tray keeps the geometry you designed. That means you can batch-print trays ahead of your schedule instead of printing each one the day it's needed.

Break-Resistant
CIT-25 withstands handling without cracking or snapping, and it holds its tray geometry over time. That dimensional stability means you get accurate results when working with the final impression.

Wide Printer Compatibility
CIT-25 cures on both 385 nm and 405 nm light sources, with validated procedures for Asiga, Phrozen, Formlabs, Anycubic, and similar 3D printers.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a separator spray with CIT-25?
No. CIT-25 is validated for silicone and alginate impression materials without a separator spray, as long as you follow the recommended post-processing steps. Skipping the spray saves a step in the workflow without risking silicone inhibition.
How long does CIT-25 take to post-cure?
For alginate impressions, 10 minutes in a UV chamber with ≤405 nm LEDs is enough. For silicone impressions, use the validated time for your post-curing unit. For example, 10 minutes on Asiga Cure or 20 minutes on Formlabs Form Cure, both at 25 °C. Under-curing is the main risk with silicone impressions, since it can cause curing inhibition, so stick to the validated settings for your equipment.
Does CIT-25 work with my 3D printer?
Most likely, yes. CIT-25 cures on both 385 nm and 405 nm light sources, with validated procedures for most open-system printers such as Asiga, Phrozen, Formlabs, Anycubic, and similar 3D printers.
Is CIT-25 biocompatible for intraoral use?
Yes. CIT-25 is CE Class I marked and complies with EN ISO 10993-1 as non-cytotoxic, non-sensitizing, and non-irritating. Finished trays are intended for intraoral use only after printing, cleaning, and post-curing per the Instructions for Use.
