Project Title: “Stereolithography 3D Printing Material for Dental Aligners” (No. 02-020-K-0028)
Project Objective:
The goal of this project is to acquire experimental knowledge and develop a prototype stereolithography 3D printing material for the direct production of clear dental aligners. During the trial production, we will evaluate the material’s properties to create a more efficient and sustainable manufacturing process.
Project Value and Funding:
The total project value is 219,684.78 Eur, with 98,858.16 Eur funded by the European Union.
Project Duration:
The project started on June 21, 2024, and will be completed by June 21, 2026.
Expected Results:
This project aims to reduce plastic waste, streamline production processes, and lower treatment costs by enabling the direct printing of clear aligners without the need for intermediate dental models.
