NFEP (PFA) film

A high-quality NFEP/PFA film for resin 3D printers, designed to provide smooth layer separation, low peel resistance, and consistent results across the vat.

Compared to standard FEP, nFEP/PFA provides smoother release and lower peel resistance. This helps printed layers separate more easily from the film, reducing unnecessary stress on the model and supports. It can be especially useful for larger prints, demanding geometries, and resins that create stronger suction forces.

Choose nFEP when you want a performance-oriented release film for everyday resin printing. It is suitable for LCD, DLP, MSLA, and SLA resin printers and can be used for miniatures, models, prototypes, dental models, engineering parts, and other resin printing applications.

The film is supplied in A4 sheets with protective layers on both sides. It can be trimmed to the required size with scissors, making it suitable for a wide range of resin printer vats.

Handle nFEP/PFA carefully during installation and cleaning. Its surface is softer than standard FEP and may scratch if cured resin or failed prints are removed with sharp tools.

  • EASY TO HANDLE. Supplied as pre-cut sheets with protective film on both sides. Easy to cut with scissors to the required size.
