Celebrating 7 Years of AmeraLabs in 2024
In 2024, we celebrated a big milestone – 7 years of AmeraLabs! It’s been an amazing journey, and we couldn’t have done it without your support. From our early days to where we are now, it’s been all about innovation, learning, and growing together. You’ve inspired us every step of the way, and we’re excited for what the future holds. Launch of TGM-7 Color Variants
One of the exciting highlights of 2024 was the release of new color variants for our flagship TGM-7 resin. We introduced three vibrant, mixable colors that have really sparked creativity in our community. It’s been amazing to see how our customers are using these new colors in unexpected ways. Product Innovations and Packaging Updates
This year, we switched from liter-based to kilogram-based packaging for our resins, enhancing precision and consistency. It’s a small change, but we know it makes a difference when accuracy matters. Read more about this change and what it means.
Our bestsellers had an exciting year, too. TGM-7, beloved by miniature makers, celebrated its 5th anniversary in 2024. It’s been an incredible journey, and we’re proud of how it has supported countless creative projects. XVN-50, our rapid prototyping resin, also marked its first anniversary. It’s quickly become a favorite for its speed and reliability, especially in industrial applications.

Resin Donations, Sponsorships, and Community Support
In 2024, we donated over 370 liters of premium resin to support painting competitions, collaborations, and community projects, reflecting our dedication to fostering creativity in the 3D printing community. These contributions have helped enhance skills and bring enthusiasts closer together.
We’ve partnered with top miniature designers to offer you free STL files, such as Nekomeowcer from Max’s Magnificent Minis and Gerard the Monster Hunter from The Printing Goes Ever On, both optimized for our TGM-7 resin. Our sponsorships further celebrate creativity and skill within the community. We’ve collaborated with Dragon Trapper’s Lodge for monthly painting competitions, The Printing Goes Ever On for design events, and Archvillain Games for painter and modeler contests, especially with our TGM-7 Batch 666. Additionally, we’ve partnered with Max’s Magnificent Minis with unique events like Bloodvines of Arythill, offering free mini STLs with purchases.

AmeraLabs Sharing the Knowledge in 2024:
We expanded our blog with 12 new posts on resin safety, advanced printing techniques, and troubleshooting while refreshing older content to maintain its relevance. This year, we’ve covered everything from the basics of resin selection to advanced post-processing techniques, aiming to provide expert advice to our community. We’re also dedicated to raising awareness about resin safety and promoting safety practices within the 3D printing community.
Engagement Beyond Competitions:
Our commitment extends to supporting charities both locally and abroad, aligning with our goal to make a positive impact beyond the industry. Throughout 2024, we’ve contributed to causes that resonate with our values.
AmeraLabs 2024 Event Highlights
AmeraLabs 2024 event journey began at the Salute Expo in the UK on April 20, where we dove into the world of miniature wargaming with our friends from Neill’s Materials. Seeing how our TGM-7 resin resonated with creators, especially those crafting intricate 6mm and 28mm miniatures, was amazing. It really highlighted how our materials can fuel creativity.
In June, we went to ESPS 2024 in Italy, where we learned from experts about the science behind our products. It was more about deepening our understanding than selling—discussing cutting-edge photopolymer science with researchers gave us fresh insights into our work.
In August, we traveled to GenCon in the USA. While we didn’t have a booth, it was an excellent opportunity to walk around, meet some of our customers, and connect with others in the community. The event felt like a giant playground for gamers, and It was a memorable experience of building connections and being part of the excitement.
Our next stop was Comic Con Baltics in Lithuania. Partnering with RPG House, we explored how our resins could be used to create unique costumes and collectibles. It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with local artists and see how our products fit into this creative space.
Then, in October, we attended the Spiel Expo in Germany, where we mingled with game developers and hobbyists. Conversations with figures like Brent from Goobertown Hobbies were highlights as we got excited about the potential of 3D printing to revolutionize game design. It was all about innovation and sharing ideas.
Finally, in November, we wrapped up the year at Formnext 2024 in Germany. This was our glimpse into the future of 3D printing. We met with material suppliers and tech enthusiasts, exploring applications from aerospace to chocolate-making. It was inspiring to see how versatile our tech could be across industries.
Each of these events taught us something new, whether about creativity, community, or science. We didn’t just showcase our products—we learned, connected, and grew together. It’s been a year of building relationships and dreaming about the future of 3D printing.
