AmeraLabs Packaging Update: Switching from Liters to Kilograms

AmeraLabs is switching packaging from liters to kgs

We’re excited to announce an important update at AmeraLabs: effective November 1st, we will switch from liter-based packaging to kilogram-based packaging for all our resin products. This change applies to all sizes, meaning that our 0.5-liter bottles will become 0.5-kilogram bottles, and our 5-liter cans will be replaced with 5-kilogram cans.

This update aligns our products with industry standards, enhancing transparency and allowing for more precise comparisons of resin prices.

Why We’re Making the Switch to Kilograms
Measuring resin by weight instead of volume has become the industry standard, especially for high-density products like AmeraLabs resins. By transitioning from liters to kilograms, we’re providing greater consistency in measurement, making it easier for you to compare our resins with those from other brands. This change will also help you manage your inventory and avoid unexpected shortages during your printing sessions.

New Resin Prices
Along with this packaging update, we’re pleased to announce a slight price reduction across our resin range. You will continue to receive the same high-quality AmeraLabs resin in standardized kilogram packaging at a matching price.

Important Transition Details
Starting November 1st, some customers may receive resin in the old liter-based packaging but at the new, reduced price. We appreciate your understanding as we implement this transition.

Key Benefits of Kilogram Packaging

  • Standardized Measurement: The shift to kilogram packaging aligns with industry norms, allowing for easier and more accurate price comparisons.
  • Lower Prices: Enjoy high-performance 3D printing resin at a reduced cost.
  • Consistency and Transparency: Weight-based packaging simplifies your ability to gauge how much material you’re purchasing.

Thank you for your continued support of AmeraLabs as we work to improve our offerings. Happy printing, and we look forward to seeing the amazing creations you make with our resins!
