AmeraLabs Dental model resin DMD-21 LED stands out by its accuracy and 3D printing speed. High resolution surface, maximum dimensional accuracy and stability meet the high demands of model production. Market leading fast curing resin leads to faster model production and lower costs.

Material is primarily formulated for production of:

  • implant supported and tooth borne fixed restoration models;
  • digital wax-up printing with excellent quality of surface and attractive color;
  • accurate removable dies and base of alveolar model (Willi Geller model);
  • orthodontic models;
  • study models;
  • and many others types of models.

It can also be used for wide range of restorative applications where high precision and low shrinkage is needed. The models show plaster model like visual quality with high details of surface due to balanced color and opacity and satisfy dental professional needs for surface structure readability.

  • FAST. Resin hardens extremely fast even on low powered LED/LCD 3D printers resulting in shorter printing time.
  • LOW VISCOSITY. Easier to clean your parts before post-curing and to maintain all features of original model.
  • OUTSTANDING ACCURACY. Print up to 20 um layers on high resolution 3D printers.
  • EXCELLENT DIMENSIONAL STABILITY. Material has very low flexibility and produces models with accurate dimensions. Resistant to mechanical stress and chemicals.
  • LOW SHRINKAGE. Printed models do not deform because of shrinkage.
  • LOW ODOR, LOW SKIN IRRITATION. Gloves and simple ventilation is all you need to comfortably print with this resin.
  • NO PIGMENT SETTLING. Stabilized pigment dispersion enables extremely long vertical 3D printing sessions. There is no significant pigment settling for days.
  • SAND COLOR. Carefully pigmented to get ideal color (L=78, A=6, B=18), that expresses the most intricate details and is pleasing for patient-facing models.
  • HARD. Final prints are stiff and hard (80-90 Shore D) allowing to capture accurate dimensions of the model.

Designed to work even on low powered LED/LCD 3D printers equipped with LED light sources emitting 405-420nm UV light.

For printers with less powerful light sources: Anycubic Photon, Longer Orange 10, Wanhao D7 and similar 3D printers

DMD-21 should not be used with PDMS based resin trays, because it is too reactive and can damage your PDMS silicon layer. We strongly recommend to use it with FEP film based resin trays.
